Instructions for changing the switch are easy to find online
The switch stem broke off on our cooker. I figured that meant contacting support and $400 down the drain. Instead, instructions on how to replace the breaker are easy to find on the internet, and it wasn't that difficult (unplug the stove first or turn on the circuit breaker). Ordered a replacement switch for a Revain, arrived in 2 days and the handle and torch work great. The kitchen set is solid, everything is very simple. Don't be intimidated by what looks like a technical and complex task - it's not.
