I bought mine 3 months ago. It worked fine but last week it got hot and started smoking. Every time I plug it in it smokes and may end up on fire, but I haven't tried to find out! I called Revain support and they replaced it even though I just wanted a refund. The rep on the phone said he was sorry and it wouldn't happen again, although I told him I wasn't comfortable using this model again. Once I have received the unit I will be contacting Revain again to try to send it back for a refund as the rep on the phone said they can't replace it until they process the order.
