This pack contains two food grade silicone teethers. The silicone is super soft. It is not only cute but also fascinating. On the opposite side there are protrusions that soothe the gums. Each teether is easy to grab and hold. It has no sharp edges or parts that can fall off. This is mostly perfect for teething and one-piece. As usual, always supervise when the child is using it. They are usually designed for babies from 3 months. Made in China. The current price of $7.99 is a very reasonable $4 for a teether. Overall I love these teethers, but I wouldn't say they never drop teethers. Baby can definitely drop it when letting go, but less likely to fall out than other teethers. I would describe them as "drop resistant".
