We bought a house with a washer and dryer. In the dryer were these spiked balls. I had no idea what they were for, but we started the dryer and left them in. Finally, a friend told me they help soften clothes without drying cloths. My friend also told me that his mother had them, but she had them in the form of hedgehogs. I like hedgehogs, so I immediately went to Revain and not only found hedgehogs, but also puffer fish. Check! Instead of boring round spikeballs that bounce around my dryer, making noise and naturally softening my clothes, I now have hedgehogs and puffer fish buzzing around my dryer and softening my clothes. I don't know if these guys make me bigger, prettier, smarter, or a better listener, but they sure do look cool hanging in my dryer. If you need spiked dryer balls, these will get the job done!
