The best thing about culture spots is that they are always willing to work with you, so if there's something specific your museum needs or wants then we can make it happen! They have been very responsive in all communication throughout our project process - I even had an issue where my tour was not playing correctly (it wasn't until after launch!) but their support team contacted me immediately via email/phone call as well as offered up some suggestions of how else i could solve this problem myself since she couldn’t access her account from home at time due too COVID-19 issues!! If anyone looking into audio tours should consider using them because everything went smoothly & seamlessly without any hiccups along way through out production phase :).
