I love how easy it was for me to learn, all my team members could pick up right away! And then the fact that they have been great at customer service when we needed help or questions answered. The only thing I don't like about kanbanflow are some of their limitations such as having to log into another site via chrome rather than just using your own browser tab. If you're looking for an amazing tool to use within your office/business, this is perfect! You get what you pay for but if you want a very cheap option look elsewhere. We've been able to streamline our processes by making sure each member has tasks assigned to them throughout the day so there's no longer any confusion about who owns which task.
