My son has over 20 Bakugan; however, none of them are true metal version. He was thrilled when the Bakugan arrived. The Bakugan is much sturdier than his plastic Bakugans. I had no idea they had a metal version. My youngest is 2 and she can be rough on toys, so my 9-year-old son has to be careful about not leaving things out of her reach. That is not a problem with this metal Bakugan. It is well designed and you can definitely feel a difference in the quality. My son especially liked the bright colors.
