Actually more aqua than blue
Good fit but color not as expected. The body of the shirt resembles a sweatshirt, while the collar and hem of the shirt are reminiscent of flannel. Super cute and seems well made. For my 10 month old Shih Tzu who weighs about 11 pounds, the small size fits perfectly. Very cute and I found the right dress for his sister.
