If you hit weight restrictions on a regular basis, this is what you need. Now, instead of having my partner build a system for weighing suitcases on the bathroom scale, I just have him use it to lift the suitcase! If I were a few inches shorter I would probably want to be standing on a step or ladder to make the climb more efficient. I've had this scale for a few years now and am still happy with its accuracy. FYI it uses large watch batteries but I don't think we've had to replace it yet.
