Helps mask tinnitus but is too big for my head
I bought these sleep headphones to mask tinnitus and help me sleep at night. It works well as long as the small speakers are positioned just above my ears. When they move and mine move, they are difficult to hear. I can't get it out of my head at night either. The headgear is not tight enough. The smaller one would definitely solve this problem for me. That's really the only negative point. The rest of the sound and quality is good.
