I like how easy it was to set up our team with this application! We were able to get started quickly without having any prior knowledge or experience of VoIP software/applications. The setup process took about 15 minutes total (5 mins each). There are several different features which can be helpful depending upon your needs; we mainly use "call recording" but there's also screen sharing capabilities if needed. This app works well even under poor internet connections so you don't have worry using low speed connection because they will work just fine when connected through WiFi networks. So far no issues at all!! Call recordings could help us better understand what customers need from their perspective.
