Works great with my Yinyoo KZ ZST IEM headphones. The sound quality is 99% as good as wired ones, but the main advantage is that they are wireless and the cable doesn't wobble or rub when you move them. /Exercises. There's very little noticeable white noise on quiet parts or no music, but that's fairly typical of most Bluetooth headphones I've tried. The aptx codec certainly helps reduce latency as well. It's not as good as aptxLL, but a few ms delay really isn't noticeable unless you're really looking for it. This is perfectly fine for watching videos/movies, but the lag shows in games where you hear specific audio queues and are used to very specific times. Regular play is enough. The range is large, but of course it also depends heavily on your source device. My laptop with an old V4 bluetooth sometimes jumps when I'm in another room. My Bluetooth V5 cell phone works from the other side of my house on a separate floor with 0 drops. Bluetooth has certainly come a long way. 100% recommend it to anyone looking to add Bluetooth to their favorite IEMs.
