The ink is dry.: Printers and accessories

Two of the cartridges I used have dried out. One black and one yellow - pretty sticky. Black ink spilled into the printer while attempting to align the printheads. Other colors seem fine, but I need to clean the inside of the printer before installing new cartridges. Too bad I didn't use original Epson cartridges.
