Easily modified to work better with larger fobs
This thing works really well. It has magnets strong enough to hold most sets of keys. However, note that you need something with metal that will react with the magnet. In most cases, this means you need to find a decent keyring or keychain that works. However, I will say this: this element works much better if you turn the brackets upside down from the back. As a result, the lip at the top catches the keys and supports them slightly. I don't need that upper lip to store mail or sunglasses like some people have pointed out, that's what I have drawers for. But having the keys next to my double cylinder deadbolt is very helpful for me. So if you have a problem with heavy keysets, you can easily fix it by doing what I did.
