I needed something to put on one of the bedroom doors in my jack and jill bathroom on the 2nd floor of my home.I will often grab a hoodie or a hat to put on and I really didn't want to keep that in the bathroom. I liked the design and colors of these over the door racks so much that I got them in all 3 colors which I equally love. I have one for our bedroom, spare room, and bathroom and they have been working out great. This is an attractive, well-made item and easy to assemble. However, I could not use it for any of my doors because the hangers are too thick to allow the door to close with this hook set in place. I could trim the door or jamb, but no. So if your doors are close'fitting at the top, maybe pass on this. If you have a 6mm (1/4inch) gap, you should be good to go. You can also mount it to a wall (wallboard mounts included).

It came in a good box. The items were in individual plastic bags and yet every piece had heavy dust on them.There was scrapes, and gouges on the main bar. The arms that hold have a scrape on the back of one of them. The biggest problem, though was the holes for the stoppers was not primed large enough. Overall, this is a good door hanger. My only issues are that the hooks slide within the wood board and do not anchor in place. This could be remedied by drilling a small hole and using a screw to set the locations, but overall, not a huge deal. This was easy to assemble -- little screwdriver and allen key is included in the bag. The holes are drilled slightly off center, annoying, but not a show stopper. The best thing is the way it hangs over the door. Others of similar style just hang over the door and knock around a bit (clunk) when the door opens and closes. The instructions/ assembly was easy enough and did not take much time. There is additional hardware if you are planning on attaching it to the wall. There are a few dimples/ scuffs in the wood. But honestly they are not noticeable enough in my opinion to take away a star. Overall it has a sturdy, country vibe that I like. I have put in my sons room for his bookbag and jackets. It works well, to keep things handy, and off the floor.

I love the idea of this over the door hook. The slide is a great addition feature, but I wish the hooks are attachable. And the wood part longer. Having 4 hooks at the same time is a lot and won’t be able to carry 4 heavy coats. Overall, this is a good hanger but could be better.

The unit came in a nice protective package. It was very easy to put it together with the instructions provided and all the tools included.The hanger seems very durable and strong. It is able to handle 4 large relatively wet towels without any bending or other issues. This clothes rack is more than adequate for my needs. It is sturdy and was easy to assemble. The wood looks nice and it works well over the door for clothes. I think it gives plenty of room for hanging a variety of things. It was easy to assemble. Product came quickly and was super easy to install. It took less than five minutes to assemble and in no time was hanging on my door. I’ve been having various items on it for around two weeks now and I gotta say, probably one of the best investments that I’ve made. I attached a picture of what’s currently hanging on it, but will also hold jeans or jackets with ease. Highly recommend!

The wood screws supplied are total crap. I had three of them twist off while screwing them into the pre drilled holes. I ended up having to drill new holes and find new screws.

Love that they have plenty of hooks, assembly was pretty simple and they give you everything you need, and my doors are pretty tight but it pretty much fit over!Update: tried assembling the other piece and the holes for the hooks are placed such that it’s not possible to assemble by hand. Updating my review because half of the product is unusable.

For what I paid this is great. Well-designed, and attractive. Doesn’t leave tracks on the top of the door like others do. Only once or twice the hooks have slipped out the side, but that is not usually the case

The hanger was installed behind the door using the included screws and it was very easy to assembly and install. The wood feels strong and sturdy, and it has held up pretty well so far after 2 months of use. We have hung pretty heavy jackets and pants on the hangers and they still feel sturdy to use. Looks pretty neat too. Highly recommended!

Install was easy. Maybe 5mins. Simple short straight forward directions. The great part was the instructions said 4 of these and there were 5 and 2 of these and there were 3. Not sure if it was a packaging error but it was nice to have extra bolt and screws. All together it's lightweight. Nice I choose a dark color to accent against bright white walls and the metal hooks are great and adjustable

This over the door hook rack does require assembly. It's not difficult to put together, but I would have preferred it if it was already assembled. The finished rack is sturdy and appears to be a good quality. It doesn't look cheap. It's an easy way to offer some additional hanging storage.
