It came in a good box. The items were in individual plastic bags and yet every piece had heavy dust on them.There was scrapes, and gouges on the main bar. The arms that hold have a scrape on the back of one of them. The biggest problem, though was the holes for the stoppers was not primed large enough. It was perfectly big enough for the screws to attach it to the wall, but it was not the right size for the stoppers when using it on the back of the door. I tried to prime it larger so I could use the stoppers, and the material started fracturing apart immediately. This is made cheaper than it looks. I would suggest going with another company.
