I have used this product on group touring on a busy street and it works great. The volume control is easily accessible and the mouthpiece is easy to move. Make sure the white line is pointing towards your mouth! The only difficulty is that the headset is a bit uncomfortable to put on the ears. I wear a hat most of the time which helps me stay in place. Ultimately, I was disappointed with the quality of the earbuds/cables as they just can't take the strain over time.
