I have used this product on group touring on a busy street and it works great. The volume control is easily accessible and the mouthpiece is easy to move. Make sure the white line is pointing towards your mouth! The only difficulty is that the headset is a bit uncomfortable to put on the ears. I wear a hat most of the time which helps me stay in place. When some of us shared a clip, it broke (it's just a plastic piece) so we had to wear it around our necks, which I don't think is that convenient. So a more durable clip would be nice. I bought my own because I prefer hanging at the top of my pants.
