I am very satisfied with the volume of this bulk purchase. It's eco-friendly - no box. The box was still inconvenient to use. With a plastic bag, I can just cut off a corner instead of ripping a hole in the box. Plus, the plastic bag is easy to store - you just need to use a zip tie or clip for a bag of chips while the box had to be placed in the Ziploc. The easiest way I've found to put it in the dishwasher is to pour some into a measuring cup (with a spout - Pyrex has a great 2-cup glass, for example) and pour that into the dishwasher – Don Don't try to pour the salt straight out of the 11 lb bag or you'll end up with a huge mess haha.
