Brand new, elastics are a bit tight to use. great added bonus! I thought it would be uncomfortable in the front pocket of money clip shorts but it doesn't have the same effect as rubbing the hip. There is a notch on one side to help you eject the cards, but it takes a while to get used to which side the cards are ejected from. No problem. Overall I am very happy with the product and not bulky in my bag.
