Bought for R710 and no it was the wrong cable (right corner turned the wrong way round) but it worked, I just had to play with the cable routing and I had enough slack to fit it to do. Be aware that these cables are good quality and properly connected so you don't have to worry about them going out of spec and spitting out your server codes like the last set I grabbed, the 8TB of a nearly full ZFS array.
