August 2019 - another update. Customer service is still top notch. Everything worked out and I now have a fully functional set that has been used as my main running set almost daily for about a month. Wet conditions with high humidity and they work great. I will continue to support Treblab in the future. June 2019 Although the product had some issues. The company's customer service experience has been positive. It seems a rare commodity these days, and we want to give credit where it's due. I have a pair of TREBLAB XR700 headphones, although they don't fit well in my ears when running, I love the sound and battery life they offer and they are my favorite headphones for my daily bus ride. Maybe I just got bad headphones. I will stop by TREBLAB again if I need another pair of headphones. May 2019 Had to return the first set I bought as my right ear cracked within a week of purchase. The second set worked great and sounded great until 5 days after the restart time expired, they just stopped working. Doesn't charge, won't turn on.
