Best protein/carb blend I've found (I've previously tried the 2:1:1 Recovery from Optimum used) nutrition ). Compared to 2:1:1, Mike's Mix is all natural, tastes better, is easier to digest and is comparable in price. I use before and after training. I train first thing in the morning (5am) so it's difficult to find a proper pre-workout meal that gives me enough energy to train but doesn't make me bloated or heavy - I don't like to train on an empty stomach . For the last few months I've been drinking 1 scoop of Vega Sport Pre-Workout Mike and 2 scoops of Mike Post-Workout; I couldn't be happier with the product. For reference, I used P90x with this product. FYI: Mike's Mix All Natural Whey Protein is great too.
