I like that it can be used for both domestic shipments as well as international, with so many different features available! Some of them are not very intuitive or easy to use (such as getting your account set up), but overall this program has been great at helping us track our freight in real time. We have also had some issues with tracking packages when they were lost/stolen, which was disappointing because we needed to know exactly where those items were if they ever made their way back into our possession. Also, sometimes you need to wait hours before an update happens. It would be nice if there were more frequent updates, especially during peak times. This helps ensure all our customers receive accurate status information regarding their shipments.
