Disappointed no glitter/shine

I thought it had a little shimmer/shine based on the photos of the gold marble. It's just printed to look like gold, otherwise it's a pretty standard wrist and mouse pad set, and it smells like it always has. I've had it for maybe 2 weeks so far and I have no complaints (apart from the lack of shine). I took several photos of him. in the shade and in the sun so customers can see the color scheme.
