They look almost invisible but my problem is the backs are falling off. I just got them yesterday, I wore them to work today and the back of one of them fell off, I put it back on and an hour later I didn't have an earring at all! It's a little disappointing as the set only comes with 4 pieces. So they are almost useless. Very disappointed will not buy again.
