I like that it allows me to be able to read, edit or create new documents with ease using my mobile devices such as iPhone/iPad etc without having to carry paper versions of them around for example when out in meetings at work (if required). It does take some getting used too but once you do get your head round how easy this can make things then its brilliant! Also being able to send files via email directly into our system which saves us time if we are sending multiple people copies through instead going back & forth between emails / other systems would also have been great though not sure why there isn't an option here either? Would recommend trying one before making any decisions about whether they suit what you need exactly however good reviews online seem positive so far - haven’t tried yet myself just started testing different ones today after reading lots of.
