I like that you can track all your documents and have them searchable by date, title, etc. You can also create folders within each project or client for ease of searching and organization. I like that it has an ability for multiple users at one time to access documents from different locations without having to be physically present there. Also being able to have all your information stored online so you don't need that physical file anymore! I like that this program has so much customization available for each user's needs (and it allows you access via phone). It also provides excellent reporting options as well! Not too many downsides here - but honestly there aren't any either unless your computer or software itself may be having issues at times? Make sure everything works correctly before using laser ficheeasely get used to its quirks because they can seem quite frustrating when first starting out if not understood properly/used
