I like that you can track all your documents and have them searchable by date, title, etc. You can also create folders within each project or client for ease of searching and organization. The software has a lot of different features which can be overwhelming at first, but once you get used to it, it's very easy to use. It's a great tool for any size business. There are many ways to customize the look of the software as well. This makes it easier to make changes if you need to do so. We needed a way to organize our files and keep track of everything we had been working on. It was helpful to be able to see what was going back and forth between clients.
