I like that it is easy to use for all users in our organization (from interns up). The system seems robust enough so we don't have any complaints about performance or functionality at this time; however there are some minor annoyances when using certain features such as importing/exporting documents from other applications - but these can be easily worked around by learning how best practices should look across different platforms!
