I have had many neck and back problems for decades. A comfortable pillow was hard to find. I switched to a foam pillow but it was too hard and hot. This one had many good reviews. This really is a fantastic pillow. Whoever thought of crushing the foam is a genius. It adapts to the shape of your head, so you don't have to constantly change position. It also doesn't radiate heat. Since I've had it, I've had almost no neck problems, and I think it's even reduced my back pain a bit. It also comes with extra foam that you can add (it looks like a smaller version of a pillow). The covers on it are really nice and soft and have a quality that resembles a blanket.
