Easy to use. I bought these for my mother who was diagnosed with vascular dementia 5 years ago. She has a phone, but she was fixated on dialing random numbers from TV commercials, so the calls came from all sorts of people. I took the phone and replaced it with a walkie-talkie. It's easy for her memory to press the talk button, she thinks it's a phone, and of course she's talking to me, but it's much safer and more secure that way.
