Opened about 2 hours ago as a Christmas present. This article actually deserves 5 stars, but the zipper in the main compartment does not work properly. I believe this is design related as the design and quality of the zipper does not allow for efficient maneuvering around 45 degree angles. So if "the person using it" tries to unzip it, the operation will be blocked! Further. At this point, insert your fingers and gently pull to unzip and gain access. OF COURSE, THIS IS NOT THE REMEDY OR METHOD for which this should be used! I hope/hope the manufacturer reads this and tries to contact me for further discussion - please?
