I've had cheaper standard shower heads that last much longer than this one, so I'm a little surprised that this shower head breaks so easily. I installed another one in another bathroom but now I'm worried it will break in the same way. Anyhow, when it works it's a pleasure to use, but the recent hiatus has made me question the quality. UPDATE: Within 48 hours of posting my review, the seller contacted me and not only refunded my purchase but also sent a replacement shower head. is free. Received in 2 days, installed with no problems. I am updating my review to 2 stars due to the quick response but will not review the product again until I have used it for the same amount of time (3-4 weeks) that broke the original.
