These shorts are true to size. I rode about 100 miles in these shorts. I think the shorts are well made and fit well. They always stay in place, the waist doesn't roll up and the leg supports prevent the shorts from riding up the leg. The reason for the four stars is the chamois. This is more uncomfortable than wearing unlined shorts. The suede is too wide for me in the crotch area. The no suede shorts are very good shorts for the price but the padding needs a bit of work. I still ride with them from time to time.
