Great for beginners nail dipping
This clear dipping powder is amazing it is easy to use and this is a legally blind women saying this. It doesn't dry so fast that you end up with half a nail done or so slow that you end up with a hand full of lumpy gross nails. I use it with the same company 0 and 3 it's sold right here on Ebay and that's it! So great I can not say enough great things about this companies base and top coat in one bottle and their activator works so well with this powder of theirs even a blind lady ends up with amazing nails!
