Remember I use them for running about 2 times a week for about 20 minutes. You've probably worked less than 5 hours and already snapped, and the manufacturer doesn't see this as a defect. So many people gave 5 stars so I did NOT expect them to break with such light use. Absolute rubbish quality, with terrible customer service. I do NOT recommend.
