The product has helped to identify vulnerabilities in our web applications, and provide remediation recommendations so that we can improve upon them.

It's easy to use through an intuitive UI which provides us with all of this information at once! I would like more technical support from their team if there are any problems or questions during implementation process. Their customer service also needs improvement as they don't always respond quickly when you reach out via email/phone after contacting sales directly before purchase decision was made, but it does get answered eventually. We've been using white hat products such as OWASP ZAP tool because most customers prefer these tools over other similar solutions available online today.
