I'm usually pretty lazy to write reviews (horrible I know) but thought I should write a review on these. I ordered them a while ago so I had a chance to use them for 3 menstrual cycles and my thoughts on it are so wonderful! My pads actually came with double sided cloth tape for you to use to hold the pads in place. I found my underwear to be tighter so I didn't use tape but I think it's great and helpful. To be honest they are easy to wash, I just add them to a small load of my regular laundry and have had no problems. The reason I love them so much is because I've used both Super Plus tampons and night pads in the past. I have horrible periods, I feel weak and on a very bad day I would need to change both my pad and tampon in less than an hour during the day. Terrible cramps with lower back pain, not to mention my period will last 2 whole weeks or more! Oops! So, wanting to go a more natural route, I got hold of reusable cloth pads and period cups. I wanted to use a cup and pad like I used to use a tampon and pad together. My first period was a bit uncomfortable as it was my first time using a menstrual cup and cloth pads, but it was ok. By my second period I noticed that I wasn't in as much pain as I used to be and just stopped using the cup and decided to take a chance by just wearing a cloth pad. I bled my pants more times than I care to admit, I looked like I was sitting at a murder scene. Anyway, this is not my third period. I didn't use my bowl at all and had no blood on my clothes even when I was sleeping! I didn't take any painkillers during my period. My periods are easy now. I could cry because I suffered from a song for a long time during my period. Once when I was a teenager I bled for 2 months in a row. If you're reading this and thinking of trying cloth pads, don't wait! Take her! Try it and give it some time. I thought my periods could get a little better, but they got so much better! My periods have become much more regular. I can absolutely recommend it!
