Sent old, used light, nasty light.

I don’t know how this happened but I open the box to an old, used flood light. Spider webs and grass on it. Like, not even gently used. I didn’t order a used light but that’s what I got. This thing has been hanging in someone’s yard for a very long time. How does this happen? How you see it in the picture is what I opened it up to. Ridiculous.
