I don't like how sometimes when my team members add comments they disappear without explanation for several days even though their task was completed successfully (which we know because our clients confirm). This has happened multiple times in addition to not being able to see who added what comment which makes tracking changes difficult unless someone else adds them themselves later down the line anyway. We use Pragmadesk as an electronic document management system so its primary function but since everything goes through cloud-based storage then other teams within different offices around Australia will be using some aspects too including email notifications etc.
