Not easy/user friendly and needs improvement

The best part about this software is that you can track all your tasks from start to finish with just one click! You also have access at any time during or after project completion, so there are no surprises once it's finished. I don't like how sometimes when my team members add comments they disappear without explanation for several days even though their task was completed successfully (which we know because our clients confirm). This has happened multiple times in addition to not being able

Pros
  • Easy interface
  • Ability view documents remotely via web browser

Great tool & amazing customer service

The integration with Salesforce is great, it's easy to use for new users as well as advanced ones! There are some things that I would like to see improved in future releases such as being able to set up custom fields or even just be able to add more details about what we're doing within our workflow process (such as who did this task). We have been using Pragmadesk since 2013 when they first came out and there were no issues at all then either so far now we've had nothing but good experiences…

Pros
  • Simple
  • Easy to navigate Interface
  • Great customer support & prompt responses whenever needed.
  • No issue experienced thusfar
Cons
  • Not bad
