Vanilla flavored (tastes like vanilla cake batter!) The best choice!
Well, these meal replacements really tasted great! I bought vanilla and it tastes like vanilla cake batter, that's THAT. delicious. Having said that, I bought it to follow a low carb diet and I have to say it's great. Not only does it taste so good, it's low in calories, high in protein, has vitamins and only 7 grams of carbs per scoop. I use this once or twice a day depending on what I'm eating that day. So far I've lost over 5 pounds in just 4 days on this and a low carb diet! Too bad I didn't buy more than 30 servings.
