Purely decorative accent, nothing more
Pretty but very small so if you're short on tidying up space that's good. The light isn't bright at all so it's very subtle unless the room is dark. The light also doesn't give off enough heat to heat the salt rocks, so the benefits of a salt lamp don't really materialize. The number of salt stones included also does not reach the edge of the bowl as can be seen in the picture. While it's a cute little accent piece, it's grossly overpriced for what it is.
