Review on XSG by Steve Snyder

While I had high hopes for XSG, I was ultimately dissatisfied with their web shop. Their website was disorganized and difficult to navigate, despite selling a broad variety of office and academic necessities. The ineffectiveness of the search bar and the imprecision of the product listings made me wary of making any purchases. And when I did contact them, they were, at best, unhelpful and slow to reply. I spent more time and money than I had hoped, so I won't be coming back for future office product purchases.
