My physical therapist suggested this. So I tried it, it made a big difference. I have 3rd beads, fibrofil, memory foam. I liked the fiberfill, then the memory foam. Pearls tend to flatten out and don't provide as much support after a while. Memory foam is initially firm but softens after use.
