Not wide enough for a Note 9 with case

Charging works fine but despite listing for my Galaxy Note 9 it doesn't really fit and is too tight. I have a case on my phone (which most users have) and it's not much bigger than the phone, but the opening is too small to pick it up easily. You need to place the phone in the holder with two hands. When I bought it, he specifically said that everything was fine with the Note 9 and the case. It charges through the case but is very difficult to hold in place due to the width.
