This is the first time I am leaving a review to let others know about this computer. I wanted to get back into gaming and decided this computer would suit my needs. I made a mistake as it keeps crashing even when no programs are running. I don't know if it's Dell hardware as I get a 'no disk' message when it crashes or if it's Windows 10 which is absolutely awful and Microsoft should be ashamed of, even Win10 with its bloatware , forced update and its totally inconvenient format to sell . I went through the whole Dell support process and found it completely useless as Dell support says everything is fine with my PC and there is absolutely no Microsoft support unless you want to post on the forum. As I said in the title, I bought a brick for $800. This review is for my $200 Toshiba laptop which I have never had a problem with but am not a gamer.
