When it comes to performance, this laptop scores very well. I can run Overwatch, Pubg, and other popular games on high and ultra settings while maintaining a solid 50-60 fps. Works very well for running Sims and Minecraft but keeps crashing and showing a blue screen when doing simple tasks like YouTube or Netflix streaming. Shut down and took up to 30 minutes to mess around with restarting and troubleshooting only to randomly get back to work. I also called Dell support and asked them to fix the error and try to fix it. Nothing changed after that so I see no reason to call them again. I cannot return this computer at this time and would like to let others know about
