I got these to replace my DVD home theater system which I kept these speakers for and I can tell the difference from my old one maximum system power was 450 watts. I wanted something to enhance my overall music and theater sound as the Pyle had some of the best sound quality (now it sounds like a club in my house) that I had in my car. It doesn't come with a remote control but it's cool I can control the volume with other devices I use like a computer or bluetooth phone. The clarity is easily adjusted to your liking
